Dr. Derek Pawich grew up on the west coast of Florida and is excited to be back home to start practicing Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science he attended Creighton University Heider College of Business graduating with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA)and Masters in Bioscience Management. Dr. Pawich attended Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine where he obtained his doctorate degree in 2016.
Dr. Pawich completed his podiatric residency at Roxborough Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia in 2019. During his three year Podiatic Surgical Residency at Roxborough Memorial he was involved in a surgically-focused program as Chief Resident with an emphasis on elective forefoot and rearfoot surgery in addition to wound care and limb salvage.
Dr. Pawich’s mission is to help patients maintain optimal health by offering the highest quality of podiatric healthcare. When not occupied with patient care Dr. Pawich enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, fishing, running and attending Gator football games.
